Images ready for your online store

Producing the images is half the job. The other half is getting them into your store with the right filename, in the format each channel demands and with the alt text written. That is what eats someone's afternoons on your team, and it is exactly what we deliver already solved.

The problem is not generating, it is publishing

A catalogue of 200 SKUs with five views each is a thousand files. A thousand files that have to be named to your SKU convention, cropped to each channel's ratio, compressed without it showing, described in the alt attribute and uploaded to the right listing.

Done by hand, that is a week of admin per batch and a permanent source of errors: the image of the wrong colour, the file called final_v3_ok, the listing left with no detail shot.

How it is delivered

  • SKU naming, using your own filename pattern and per-view suffixes.
  • Per-channel formats: listing, category, marketplace, social and newsletter, each in its own ratio.
  • Alt text written product by product — indexable copy that works for your SEO.
  • Optimised weight in WebP or JPEG, so the listing does not lose load speed.
  • Direct upload to the store, if you would rather not touch anything.

Which platforms we work with

We publish straight to Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento and the main marketplaces. Each has its own rules — minimum ratio, mandatory background, resolution, margin around the product — and those rules are applied in production, not afterwards by hand.

If you run a PIM or a DAM, we connect via API. And if your workflow is simpler, we drop the material into Drive, FTP or S3 in the folder structure you already use, so whoever picks it up does not have to reorganise it.

Listing

Product

Pure white background, product centred, constant margin and high resolution. The image that decides the sale.

Channel

Marketplace

Every marketplace imposes its format and background. The required versions are generated from the same original.

Brand

Campaign

Scene, context and vertical crops for social and newsletter, consistent with the listing.

Images rank too

The alt attribute is not an accessibility formality you fill with the filename: it is text Google reads and that describes what is shown. A catalogue with a thousand well-described images is a catalogue with a thousand lines of indexable content that most stores leave empty.

That is why the alt text is written from the start, SKU by SKU, with the real product name, its material and its colour. Doing it properly in production costs the same as leaving it for never.

And when the season changes

The approved art direction stays on file. When the next collection comes in, nobody starts over: the same standard is reused and the new catalogue matches the previous one without anyone having to remember how it was done.

Questions about integrating with your store

Can you integrate it with my store?

Yes. We deliver with SKU naming, per-channel formats and SEO-ready alt text, and we can publish straight to Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento or marketplaces. If you use a PIM or DAM, we connect via API or drop the files into Drive, FTP or S3 in whatever structure you use.

What formats do you deliver in?

Whatever each channel requires: usually optimised WebP or JPEG, at the ratio and resolution demanded by the product listing, the category page, the marketplace and social. Every version comes from the same original, so there are no mismatches between channels.

Do you write the alt text?

Yes, it is included. It is written SKU by SKU with the real product name, its material and its colour. It is indexable copy, so it works for your listing's ranking as well as for accessibility.

Do I have to upload them myself?

Only if you want to. We can publish straight to your store or leave the material ready in the folder structure you use so your team can upload it.

Tell us which platform you run.

Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, your own PIM or a shared folder: we adapt the delivery to what you already have, not the other way round.
